Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Mainstreet Male. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Certain items are only returnable if unopened/unused (see table below).

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at info@mainstreetmale.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear after processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size, style, or product? Email us to arrange an exchange. Once your return is received, we’ll ship out the replacement (subject to availability).
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
- If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
